Oh, yes! Yoga is something I only recently got into and honestly, I am amazed at how helpful it has been. I can hardly go a day now without it. Some beginners poses I love and recommend are: cat &amp; cow, downward facing dog, spinal balance, and cobra. Deep breathing is key too.

I agree! Our brains are not made to multitask ... I was surprised to learn that trying to do too many things at once actually &lt;em&gt;reduces&lt;/em&gt; productivity and can also decrease gray matter in the brain.
