In reply to Hannah Kimmel. Hey Hannah, I’m so glad you appreciated the article. I know what you mean about people making you feel exhausted -- I don’t think that means you aren’t selfless though! Just the fact that you are concerned about being selfless (and are so humble that you’re hesitant to call yourself that) means that you are probably more selfless than you think. But I definitely think it can be both a blessing and a curse for sure – it’s not easy being a HSP/empath! -Kalli

I really appreciated reading this. I think I do fall into this category of being an empath or sensitive person. It sounds almost prideful to call yourself this when there are so many selfless traits mentioned. I don’t think I’m selfless though and sometimes the feelings I have for and about other people are extremely exhausting and I then, in turn, become more introverted.

So maybe a blessing and a curse?
